To help you feel comfortable and prepared for your training day at Feather Training Academy, please review the following information before attending.What to wear● Please wear black clothing and enclosed shoes.● Keep your nails short, clean and tidy for practical training.● Hair should be tied back where possible.Lunch and refreshments● Lunch is provided on the day.● A fridge, kettle and microwave are available in our staff room if you wish to bring any additional food or refreshments.● There is also a nearby café where you can purchase food and coffee.● Please bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day.We want you to feel comfortable, prepared and ready to enjoy your training experience with us!

Do I need to bring in my own models for practical training?

Throughout each day of your training, you will have ample opportunity to practise the theoretical and practical components of the course under the guidance and supervision of your trainer and educator. This hands-on experience is designed to help you develop your skills, confidence and understanding of the treatments being taught.Model requirementsEach model may only be used once throughout the course to protect the integrity of the skin and ensure appropriate treatment practices.We strongly prefer that students organise and bring their own models for the practical components of training. This allows you to plan ahead and helps ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.If you are unable to source your own models, please let us know in advance. We may be able to assist with arrangements, although this cannot be guaranteed.We recommend organising your models as early as possible before your training date.

What are the payment options for my training course?

A 50% deposit is required for all enrolments to secure your training booking.The remaining course balance can be paid by card, cash or bank transfer. We also offer Afterpay as a payment option, giving you additional flexibility when paying for your training.If you have any questions about deposits, payment arrangements or available payment options, please contact Feather Training Academy before your course date.

What is your rescheduling policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make rescheduling as straightforward as possible.If you need to reschedule your training and provide at least five days’ notice before your course commencement date, we can transfer your booking to the next available class date at no additional cost.If you request to reschedule within five days of your scheduled course commencement date, a $100 administration fee will apply to move your booking to an alternative date.We encourage students to contact Feather Training Academy as early as possible if they need to make changes to their booking.
